You can surf and add products to the trolley without registration but only registered shoppers will check out and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in when checking out the trolley; they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses to your Gbappa account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address; if you want different products delivered to a different address, you need to place them as separate orders.

A maximum of four family members can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at sambhaar.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, and see your order history and update your contact details and preferences
You need to enter your email address on the login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password.
You can pay using the following modes of payment:
* Paytm/Gpay/Phonepe/apple pay
* Credit and debit cards (VISA / Master Card / Rupay)
* Sodexo passes
* Cash on delivery (COD)
If the order has to be left at the security gate, please continue to pay online via wallets, UPI, net banking, or cards as you are doing now.
If you choose COD as the payment method, you will need to pay our delivery executive in cash at the delivery time or pay by scanning the QR code provided by the delivery executive
Yes, it is safe to use your card on sambhaar.com. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC, Master Card which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card making online shopping safer
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of delivery of your products at your doorstep.
Once you have selected your products and clicking checkout, you will be prompted to choose a delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day, and the address selected by you.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are hands picked, hand cleaned and hand packed in food-grade pouches. The leafy items are covered with cling. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.
Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop, we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item to determine the final price. This could vary by a maximum of 100grams weight, depending on the article. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay less accordingly.
We have a dedicated team of well-trained delivery executives ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers following all the guidelines for proper hygiene to protect against COVID 19.
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right-hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.
No delivery charges for minimum orders of Rs.300/- and above for Grocery and Rs.150/- for Vegetables & Fruits. Any orders below the minimum order amount shall attract delivery charges depending on the delivery location.

We do have same-day delivery, provided you place your order before 12 noon on the day you wish to get your order delivered. Please note that for the time being, we do have the same delivery only under Pincode – 421 204
The delivery slot may be changed only once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement for a slot change, please contact our customer service team, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Once you have placed your order, you will not be able to make modifications to the website, but you may please contact our customer service team for any change of order.
Yes, we are in the process of opening Super Smart Stores all across India and South Indian Speciality Foods & Supermarkets at selected locations. Our first South Indian Speciality Foods & Supermarket is operational in Smart City Palava, Thane.
No, you can only order products that are in stock. However, we shall try to ensure the availability of all products on our website but sometimes this may not be possible due to availability and to ensure the quality of products.
You may check the status of your order by contacting our customer service team.
You will receive an email as well as an SMS about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.
You can cancel an order before the cut off time of your slot by contacting our customer service team.

Please note that our customer service team will never ask you to share information other than your email ID, phone number, and name registered with gbappa. If you get an email, call or message from anyone claiming to be from gbappa asking for sensitive information such as bank account details, PIN, card number, etc., please do not share it and please inform the customer service team.
In case you are not satisfied with a product received, you can return it to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery or contact our customer service team, and we will do the needful.
